Privacy notice
This explains what we collect when you contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and — if you give it — your email address, along with the dates, room type and any message you include. We also record which page you sent it from.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and arrange your stay. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own purposes.
Who sees it
Our reception and management staff. Enquiries are also sent to a member of staff by WhatsApp and by email so that someone responds promptly — which means your enquiry passes through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and our email provider in transit.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
